RCEF’s development lineage includes the Responsible Markets RM10 standards architecture. Any third-party methodology contribution is subject to defined rights, independent RMCA adaptation and RMCA governance. Methodology lineage does not confer programme status, control admission or case outcomes, or permit a contributor to verify the same evidence scope it prepared.

Separation
A methodology contributor must not:
- — Receive automatic programme status.
- — Determine participant status.
- — Determine complaint outcomes.
- — Verify the same scope it prepared.
- — Control future revisions automatically.
Preparation, review, decision and publication responsibilities must remain appropriately separated, with conflicts identified and managed.
