METHODOLOGY LINEAGE

Contribution does not equal control.

RCEF’s development lineage includes the Responsible Markets RM10 standards architecture. Any third-party methodology contribution is subject to defined rights, independent RMCA adaptation and RMCA governance. Methodology lineage does not confer programme status, control admission or case outcomes, or permit a contributor to verify the same evidence scope it prepared.

  3. 03RCEF terminology and modules
  4. 04Governed publication controls
A controlled sequence keeps preparation, decision and publication responsibilities distinct.

This describes development lineage only. It does not state or imply that a licence has been executed.

RMCA responsibility

RMCA independently controls the framework elements through its own governance.

Separation

A methodology contributor must not:

  • Receive automatic programme status.
  • Determine participant status.
  • Determine complaint outcomes.
  • Verify the same scope it prepared.
  • Control future revisions automatically.

Preparation, review, decision and publication responsibilities must remain appropriately separated, with conflicts identified and managed.
