FDRC Register

The trading-markets view of the developing RMCA Public Register.

The FDRC Register is being designed to present exact entity, protection, conduct, complaint and redress evidence for defined FX, CFD and prop-trading contexts.

REGISTER IN MAINTENANCE

Intended record anatomy

01Entity and permissions
02Client protection and customer funds
03Deposits, withdrawals and transaction integrity
04Complaints, cooperation and redress
05Sources, limitations and change history

Connection to the RMCA Public Register

An FDRC profile will be a programme-specific record connected to the same underlying RMCA entity identity and canonical history used across the public-register architecture. FDRC conclusions remain limited to the stated FDRC field, entity, jurisdiction, period and programme scope.

Separation from PSCR

A related PSCR record may be linked where an exact relationship is evidenced, but PSCR status will not be treated as an FDRC conclusion and FDRC status will not be treated as a PSCR conclusion.

What the register will not do

  • No paid ranking
  • No ‘safe broker’ badge
  • No transfer of status across a group
  • No assumption that missing evidence proves misconduct
  • No replacement of regulator or contractual checks
